How does shipping and delivery work?
Orders typically ship within 72 hours. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor your custom piece from our workshop to your doorstep. If your order includes multiple handcrafted items, they may be shipped separately to avoid delays—this helps ensure you receive everything as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes and costs vary depending on your location.
Can I change my shipping address?
Absolutely! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, just email us your updated address details as soon as possible, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please send updates to: Info@pineandknotty.com. If your order has already shipped, don’t worry—you may still be able to redirect it through the carrier using the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation email.Please note: We cannot redirect or re-route international deliveries once they are in transit.
How do I place a custom order?
You can fill out the custom order form on our website or contact us directly with your idea. We’ll follow up to confirm the design, size, materials, and other important details before getting started.
Can you create designs from my logo or image?
Yes! If you provide a high-resolution image or logo, we can typically recreate it as a scroll saw design. During your consultation, we’ll go over what’s possible and how to bring your vision to life.
How long does it take to complete a custom piece?
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the project and our current order volume, but most custom orders are completed within 4–5 weeks. Rush options may be available for an additional fee—just ask!
What types of wood do you use?
We work with a range of quality hardwoods and MDF depending on the design. Common options include maple, walnut, and white oak. If you have a preference, we’re happy to discuss what works best for your piece.
Do you ship your work?
Yes, we ship across Canada and internationally upon request. Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and destination of your order.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Absolutely! Local pickup is available for customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario, Canada. Select the local pickup option at checkout or contact us to coordinate.
How much do custom pieces cost?
Prices vary based on size, design complexity, and material choice. Once we finalize your design, we’ll provide a quote. If you're filling out a custom order form, be sure to include your budget—we’re happy to design something that fits it.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is custom-made to order, we don’t accept returns on custom items. That said, if something’s not right with your order, please reach out—we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
How should I hang or care for my wooden art?
We include hanging hardware with every piece. For larger, heavier pieces, we recommend mounting into a wall stud for extra support. To keep your wood art looking its best, dust gently and avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight or moisture.
