At Pine & Knotty Co., each piece is crafted with heart, precision, and purpose—designed to transform your space with originality and lasting beauty. Because we specialize in handcrafted, custom wood art and décor, we treat every order with the care it deserves from our studio to your doorstep.

Shipping + Delivery Information

Processing Time
 All ready-made items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders may take 4–5 weeks depending on the complexity and order volume. We'll keep you updated every step of the way and confirm timelines once your order is finalized.

Shipping Methods & Rates
 We ship across Canada and internationally upon request. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)
  • Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $150 within Canada

Local Pickup
 If you're located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we offer free local pickup. You'll be notified via email when your piece is ready with instructions for pickup.

Custom Orders & Turnaround Time

Every custom order is made-to-order and handcrafted with your vision in mind. We'll work with you on size, design, and material selection to ensure the final piece is perfect for your space or brand. Most custom projects are completed within 4–5 weeks. Need it sooner? Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our work is custom and made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or made-to-order items. However, your satisfaction is important to us—if there's an issue with your order, please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to make it right.

For non-custom, ready-made items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the buyer's expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with the order, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos and a description of the issue to Info@pineandknotty.com, and we’ll take care of the rest.
