All custom orders are made-to-order based on the specifications provided by you. By placing a custom order, you agree to the outlined design, size, materials, and quoted pricing. Minor design changes after confirmation may not be accommodated depending on the stage of production.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of order placement, unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure payment gateways provided through our eCommerce platform.
4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at Info@pineandknotty.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
